Description :

My wife of 21 years filed for divorce. We have an order of child custody in place. We own a home together have two vehicles she took the brand new one 2009 model I got the piece of junk 1973 model needs work. Now we have to list the property divisions and she says that since her mom bought the new vehicle for her (has a letter from her mom stating this.) That I have no right to claim this I told her she was wrong. We also borrowed money from her mom to help us fix a car now she says that since I asked her mom for the money that I have to pay back her mom because it was a verbal agreement with her mom. Is this true? DoI have a legal right to the new vehicle?

We also both stay at the home I stay Sunday afternoon to Wednesday morn when I go to work. She stays there Wednesday afternoon through Sunday Afternoon.I pay all the bills but 2 (cell and one cc) I buy the food also. She says that if I do not claim the new vehicle as community property I can have the house but I don't think legally any court would rule this ok what should I do.
