Description : A prior tenant has abandoned a vehicle on my property-it has been 1 year now. I contacted Az MVD and ran a vehicle report-the last listed owner cannot be found. There also shows a lien on the title, but the company listed is no longer in business here in phoenix. Is there any way to claim this as abandoned and start the process of filing for title if the listed lienholder can not be contacted?There was never any updated info or new lienholder reported to the MVD since the date of the original lien
