Description :	This is a question that involves Village Taxes as to City Taxes. In that I am a Truck Driver and Live out side the city ,that I pay taxes to.I am being sued the Village for not paying there City Income Taxes.The fact that it present it self as a city as to a village.Dose that not make it two different entity?
