Description : I was recently arrested for communicating threats and simple assault against my spouse. The charges were false and he admitted in court at the bond hearing that he did indeed file false charges. I am not sure why I still have to go to criminal court to face the charges considering he admitted they were false. I am curious to find out if he will face any charges for filing false claims against me and having a restraining order against me also.
