I am planning on trading in the car that was in a
accident a couple years ago. Its a 07 and we still
owe money on it. Can i file a depreciation value
claim on the car since the first claim is not
finalized yet. Plus the vehicle(semi) that hit my
wife is an out of state driver and insurance is
that going to efect anything and if yes then how? |
