I am a US citizen and i have been married to my
husband, who was illegally here, for a little over
3 years now. We started the whole process of
getting his papers. He had a permanent resident
card that expired about 6 months back. We split up
over parenting views for a few months back in june
of '09 and got back together in november of '09.
We never went to renew his papers and now I don't
know where to go from here or what to do.. Is
there anything I can do to fix it? We have a son
together and although we went through a bit of a
rough patch we still love each other very much, we
are just afraid it might be too late. |
