Hi,
My 1 year multiple entry VISA expired on 3rd April
2010. I was in US for 3 months ( initially got
from the port of entry) plus 6 months of
extension from USCIS. , left the country after 9
months and got back to US in March second week
and got 3 months of stay despite the request for
at least 6 months.
Now can i apply for an extension for another 6
months?
Would i be able to apply for another extension if
my 6 months extension is approved?
If my application for change of status from B1 TO
F1 is denied by USCIS , would i be able to stay
here in US on approved B1 status or would i have
to leave the country despite a valid B1 VISA?
