Description : The PO came back on his PSI with a recommendation of 20 yrs. suspended. My attorney of course agrees with that but will also ask for a lighter sentence at the hearing. The county attorney wants me hung!! Is asking for 5-10 in prison with the rest suspended. How often do judges follow the recommendation of the PO?
