Description : hi,

i was rear ended last friday, and i believe my car is totaled. the accident sent me and my two small children to the hospital via ambulance..

i do not have the other party's insurance information of yet, due to being hospitalized, but was told it should be included in my police report.

my question is this, should i look for legal representation, or tackle the insurance co, myself..

also, what am i entitled to? my children as well?

i just want the fastest..easiest way..
