Description :	We live in Oklahoma and my mother, who is 66 and 100% VA disabled and my older sister who is 42 has health problems that keep her from working have had guardianship of my now 4 year old daughter for 3 1/2 years. The initial guardianship was granted due to domestic violence in the home between my husband and I. Other than being in home when the domestic violence took place my daughter has not been harmed or neglected by me or my husband My mother also alledged that both my husband and I were drug and alchohol abusers. My husand and I have undergone family counseling, domestic violence counseling, parenting classes, random drug tests and an alchohol assessment. Everytime we finish one thing either the judge or the court adds another class or program that we need to go through. We also have two younger children who are allowed to remain in our custody. But we do not even have visits with our daughter without my mother breathing down our necks. My question is how can we quickly and legally end this and bring our daughter home?
