my girlfriend needs to get full custody of her son
but the biological father wont give her anything
and says he wants to see his kid. he's in and out
of jail a lot and i take care of the kid and raise
him as my own. she is worried that he will try to
take custody of him and want's soul custody of
him. if the father wont give up his rights can i
try to adopt the child since he lives with me and
i support him? |
