Hello, I have a question and I do not know whom to
contact us. Maybe you answer this question, or
advise where to go ... My boyfriend is not a U.S.
citizen. He is the holder of a green card. He
lives in the U.S.(CA) for 20 years. He was married
to an American woman, have two children. He works,
pays taxes, pays child support on time. I am a
citizen of another country, I have visitor visa
b1/b2 valid for 5 years, I sometimes come to visit
my sister in the U.S.. A year ago we met with my
boyfriend and now we love each other. He wants to
get engaged, and we want to get married. We know
that it is necessary to issue his Citizenship. How
long will it take? I am now in the U.S. (I have
the opportunity to legally stay here until August
2010). Is there a possibility to get married now?
or is my ability to legally remain in the country
without leaving the U.S. and not breaking the law?
We will be very grateful if you tell us what to
