Description : I was given a medical discharge from the Navy for a problem that doesn't exist and never has existed. I have irrefutable proof from the VA that I do not have the problem in which they discharged me for. I have tried to get something done about this. Is there anything I can do in order to get back what the Navy wrongfully took from me (back pay and my career so I can get my retirement benefits)?
