I live in Florida. I want to sue for personal
injury, emotional and intentional stress, harmful
treatment what ever it is called. Because of this
person I have and still have severe emotional
damages causing me health issues and a Judge has
ruled on my health case and I am on total
disability. I would like to know what kind of
information and proof I have to have available to
present to an attorney to ask them to take my
case. Also, how do you determine the amount of
this type of suet.? This has taken place over the
past several years and has been as recent as the
last 6 months to a year. I have been on
disability for 2 years now and side effects of
stress are part of the disabillity. |
